Joining Excalibur

Dear Guild

Iím just looking to join because my friends are members and they have told me good things about the guild.  I am a level 60 Paladin.  I still have a lot of quest to finish and still have yet to play on battle grounds.  But I wasted many nights trying to get in.  I am looking for a guild where my friends are and where people are willing to help each other.

Hiya Mattdex, nice to meet you. Just wondering if you've read the FAQ and who your friends are in Excalibur. We're still in a recruiting freeze until October 15th, but until that time, feel free to post on forums, as the more we hear about you, the better your chances of getting in. See ya in game too, I hope. :)

Hi Matt.  Gald you finally got around to posting.  I thought you were in a long time ago after Sarian gave me the third degree regarding you.  I know he was looking for you to invite, but I think you took a short hiatus around then.

Where does the "third degree" reference come from anyways?
Starfire - 60 Priest

I could find no definitive answer to your question Dru, but it appears that the saying may have some roots in referring tot the questioning a candidate went through to reach the Third Degree of Freemasonry.
Ohy (Ohyeahsure) - 10 Paladin
Beebix - 12 mage
And a couple alts...

Matt was with me in Strength and Honor and is a cool guy.  Not the most serious/hardcore player, but I think that is good too.  Caracy and I had recommended he apply to excal a long time ago, and as I said, I thought it was a done deal a couple months back.  Anyways, let me know if you want info from me.
