I'm all done, but I'm willing to help :)

Same. I love BRD anyways. -pokes Aly- lets get you that staff.

Hmm. Yay! Shiva's being useful. Oh my god, run from the mountains! What next? Drucy is going to be a tall magi?
• Dragonkin Menace
Quest Giver: Helendis Riverhorn
Location: Morgan's Vigil in the Burning Steppes
Details:
Kill 15 Black Broodlings, 10 Black Dragonspawns, 4 Black Wyrmkins and 1 Black Drake, then return to Helendis Riverhorn.

Note(s): Dragons, the dogs of Azeroth (I promise it'll make sense later! Either that or go play Paperboy again, for Nintendo). These are all elites, but as a fire mage I was able to solo them. Just really slowly. It'll help to bring along a tanking class or something. The Black Drake is a good bit harder than the other Dragonmaws, but me and a hunter killed him with ease.

• True Masters
Quest Giver: Helendirs Riverhorn
Location: Morgan's Vigil in the Burning Steppes
Details:
Take a note to Magistrate Soloman in Lakeridge, Redridge Mountains

Note(s): This requires an entire full 40 man raid group. The Journey from Morgan's Vigil to Redridge is quite a dangerous one. Be on the watchout! </sarcasm>.

• True Masters [II]
Quest Giver: Magistrate Soloman
Location: Lakeridge in Redridge Mountains
Details:
In slaying the beast Onyxia, we will need mater mail carriers to handle the job. They are truely skilled people, capable of evading dogs, driving funny little vechiles and having their steering wheels on the wrong side of the car. These mail men shall be our saviors. -- Take a note from Soloman to Highlord Bolvar in Stormwind Keep.

• True Masters [III]
Quest Giver: Highlord Bolvar Fordragon
Location: Stormwind Keep
Details:
Speak to Lady Katrana Prestor, better known as the Dragon Queen Katriana (nicknamed Onyxia).

• True Masters [IV]
Quest Giver: Katrana Prestor
Location: Stormwind Keep
Details:
Being the Regent of the Last Bastion of Humanity in the world of Azeroth, Lord Bolvar, ruler of Stormwind has somehow developed an acute hearing impediment, and though he's standing next to you, he can't hear anything. Speak to Bolvar again.

• True Masters [V]
Quest Giver: Highlord Bolvar Fordragon
Location: Stormwind Keep
Details:
The minuteman mail bridage is once again called to arm. You sir, must deliver a note to Magistrate Soloman in Redridge, or face treason against Stormwind itself!

Note(s): You're officially a Deputy of Stormwind, that's cool.

• True Masters [VI]
Quest Giver: Magistrate Soloman
Location: Lakeridge in Redridge Mountains
Details:
The mailmen are once again needed to save the day! You are hereby charged with delivering a note of vital importance to Marshal Maxwell at Morgan's Vigil [who will promptly ignore it!]

Note(s): But remember! You're a Deputy of Stormwind now!

• Marshal Windsor
Quest Giver: Marshal Maxwell
Location: Morgan's Vigil in Burning Steppes
Details:
• Find Ragged John at Flame Crest caves in the Burning Steppes! Essentially, the mail man brigade is needed to trek straight north, dodging the ferocious dragons and malicous ogres who wish to destroy our world!
Note(s): There are Horde NPC's here, but none of them will attack, its ok to go close. And uh, don't attack them. One of them is a windrider master, so be prepared for an ass kicking if you did.

• Voyage to the last strong hold of the Dark Iron dwarves. Venture to Blackrock Depths in search of the missing Marshal Windsor. This is where it gets tough, Marshal Windsor is located in either of the right "caves" within Blackrock Depths. You can tell which prison cell he is in by looking on the minimap, but you're either going to need a Rogue or bring someone with the prison key or kill the Interrogator who -may- drop the key. The Inquistor is located roughly in the center of the giant loop. (The top level of Blackrock Depths looks kind of like the infinite sign or a figure 8).
Note(s): Blackrock Depths is real easy. And for this portion you're not even required a full group. I did the escort portion in a group of four, with two feral druids, a paladin and myself. For this, a group of three 60s can easily do this, if they have enough CCs (sap wont work, because dogs detect stealth, polymorph and seduce will work though. Mind control can be a boon).

• Abandoned Hope
Quest Giver: Marshal Windsor
Location: Prison Cell in Blackrock Depths
Details:
As a member of the mail man brigade, mail carriers come into contact with many people, including those dumbasses who wish to stand in clear and present danger, rather than flee to safety. But a true mail carrier must deliver the mail at all cost. Take a message from Marshal Windsor back to Morgan's Vigil and speak with Marshal Maxwell.

Note(s): By this time, you've finally realized why it takes 1 hour for the mail to be delivered. Your also wondering, why the hell hasn't anyone thought of selling carrier pidgeons. Gee, no wonder UPS and FedEx make so much money.

• Crumpled Up Note
Quest Giver: Marshall Windsor**
Location: Blackrock Depths
Details:
The work of a mail carrier is tiresome, and these dwarves are rather bothersome. After a long hard day at work (even though you signed up to be a member of the Alliance's mercenry/marine/pirate forces and were forced into being a mail carrier under the guise of "Deputy") a mail carrier loves to kick back, slaughter some evil-dooers and drink some ale. Emperor Thaursian is the bastard who summoned Ragnaros, might as well kill the bastard, get his staff too. (Because Alyenna needs it! and her wish are our desires!).

*Note(s): It is a random drop... but you have to have spoken to Windsor first and done the previous quests. I got mine on the first kill, so. Might as well just raid farm the Empror. Lots of good loot in Blackrock Depths, very underrated instance, in my opinion. This is also a great time to get attuned to the Core.

• Shred of Hope
Quest Giver: a Crumpled Note
Location: Blackrock Depths
Details:
• What the hell, a mail carrier can't get a break and slaughter an evil Emperor in peace? The mail man brigade are once again called to save the day. Deliver the note to Marshal Windsor! So much for that nice vacation on the beautiful isles of Kul Tiras.
• It is the solemn duty of a mail carrier to recover lost or stolen mail, and in the time of need a mail carrier shall assemble the entire minuteman mail brigade. In my opinion, this is the hardest part. Assembal a competant group, you're going to want some Area of Effect powers, preferibly from a warlock or a mage here. The vile General Angerforge and the sinister Golem Lord Argelmach each have half of the missing notes of Marshal Windsor. Slaughter those peons who interrupted your vacation!
Note(s): As far as I know, you can't raid this portion. Angerforge is real easy, its nice to bring a mage along since he summons hordes of non-elites at the end of the fight (mixed with 2-3 elites). Argelmach is a bitch. You must clear out the entire room filled with the non-elite gnomes and golems. Then in this fight, there are 2 non-banishable golems, Argelmach is level 57. In my opinion, this guy is harder than the Emperor, by far.
[/list:o]

• Jail Break
Quest Giver: Marshal Windsor
Location: Blackrock Depths
Details:
The minuteman mail brigade can no longer take the harsh punishments of Marshal Windsor! If he wants to talk to outsiders he better get himself out of there! Either that, or find some carrier pidgeons or have his gnomish friends invent the telegram already. Oh, don't ya know it, he wants to break out too! But wait, the turd ball is insistant on getting his old, non-epic armor and freeing a bunch of dead comrads. This is real easy, just clear out the giant figure-8 on the top levels of Blackrock Depths, then accept the quest. Follow him around, and I believe there are 2 or 3 points where he spawns mobs to fight. Windsor is a great tank, in fact, when I did this with two feral druids and a paladin, Windsor tanked every fight for us. Also, don't forget to free all of Windsor's friends (or in this case, his enemies).

• Stormwind Rendevouz
Quest Giver: Marshal Windsor
Location: Blackrock Depths
Details:
It's not enough that the mail carrier brigade just rescued and liberated Marshal Windsor and his friends, but the ingrateful brat sends you to deliver another message to Marshal Maxwell, at Morgan's Vigil in Burning Steppes. But alas, a mail carrier must do his job, he has taken a solemn oath of duty. And wouldn't you know it! Maxwell wants you meet Windsor at Stormwind. Ah, well, at least its a chance for some nice Stormwind Stew, and to take in the sights of the city again, chill in the bar and meet some friends in the pub.

• Great Masquerade
Quest Giver: Marshal Windsor
Location: Stormwind
Details:
• By this time, you should be beginning to wonder if Marshal Windsor is really Onyxia, attempting to distract you with all her little mail quests. The bastard again calls upon the mail carrier brigade. This time to fight hte guards of Stormwind itself! What blasphemy is this!
Note(s): You need to wait out on the border between Elwynn for the Marshal, he usually comes every 12 minutes of so. You do not need a raid even though it says the quest is a raid. The guards also won't attack. This, is by far, the coolest quest though. With everyone in Stormwind saluting you and all the newbies looking on in amazement.

• The bastard wants to fight the Dragon Queen in Stormwind itself? But what about the innocents! What about all the work Edwin Vancleef did to rebuild the city! (and not get paid for it, either). Assemble a brigade of mail men and charge the keep! Risk life and limb in honor of your country! The corruption ends today! Defeat Onyxia, or at least her guards.
Note(s): Since patch 1.4, Bolvar was nerfed to be in accordance with the other City Leaders. And, he no longer solos the event. However, as far as I know, Bolvar is the only thing capable of tanking these dragons. There are 8 elite Dragonmaws, you do not actually fight Onyxia yet. These guys hit non-crit for over 1,000 damage. There are several ways of doing this, what might be best is to bring a resurrector and have them wait outside. Then try to hide yourself to not be attacked by the dragonmaws. Let Bolvar tank, but watch out, if you go to far away from Bolvar, you will fail the quest. Also, if there are newbies here, they may die, but this might be a boon. If the dragonmaws disperse and kill someone, they might return to their spawn point. Bolvar can then successfully kill them 1 by 1, while you sit and relax. If you wait till Bolvar has done 60% damage to one of the dragonmaws, you should be able to safely kill the dragonmaw. If you manage to kill off 2-3, Bolvar should finish off the rest.
[/list:o]

• Dragon's Eye
Quest Giver: Highlord Bolvar Fordragon
Location: Stormwind Keep
Details:
After all that work and what does the bastard do? Yet another delivery? Wow, and to think the mail only costs 30c? One might begin to wonder if that "30c" was a typo for "30g". But alas, once again, duty calls, this time on a wild goose chase. Oh, no the bastard couldn't even give us a specific location to go to! He just gives us half a medallion for saving his life and purging the corruption of Stormwind. Deliver the medallion to Haleh in Wintersprings!

Note(s): Haleh is located in a cave in Mazorthil, tis guarded by elite Blue dragons, including named Drakes. Depending on your level, you can hug the walls and get in safely if you look at the movement pattern. Either that or stealth/prowl/invisible in. And of course, the last resort, corpse hop. At the end of the cave, there is a pink rune on the floor, walk onto it.

• Drakefire Amulet
Quest Giver: Haleh
Location: Mazorthil in Wintersprings
Details:
Oh bloody hell, someone is going to die for this. Risking life and limb journeying through Blackrock Depths and then fending off the entire Blue Dragonflight? Only to meet  a Blue Dragon who wants to help us? Oh the irony. Onyxia shall die for this! Never again shall the mail men be subjects of her torment and torture. But first, we shall slay her Champion (or at least, the Champion of her flight). Slaughter Drakkisath.

Note(s): Just do a UBRS raid. Also, its been said that since patch 1.4, 2-4 dragon blood drops, so we'll need to do this a couple of times.
[/list:o]

Final Note:  And the end of the day, the Minuteman Mail Brigade has saved Azeroth, Khaz Modan, Lordaeron and Kalmindor from the evils of the Black Dragonflight, yet again. That is, until she respawns next week. This is dedicated to Jerm, because he got left out, Jate because she's hot, Skitz because he's Skittles, Alyenna becaue she's Sunshine and Alicimo because Skittles fluffs her alot. Hehe, but seriously. I hope it helps.

Edit: In theory, this should have a better format now. In theory.
P.S. If any of the officers see any typoes, feel free to fix them. They annoy me.
